To pay by cheque please complete the form below and then choose 'Cheque' under Payment Method.
The address where you should mail your cheque to may be found here.
Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by Paypal or Cheque at the time of registration.
To pay by Credit card or Paypal choose "Paypal / Credit card" under payment options.
Cancellation requests will be issued a 100% refund until September 1st.
Cancellation requests after September 1st will be will be issued a Charitable receipt instead of a refund.
